Late in August Town of Blue Mountains Tree Trust and Arboreal Tree Care took on the maintenance of this beautiful Sugar Maple. At a whopping 99 cm, this elder is storing 4.2 tons of carbon and intercepted 23757.24 L of stormwater this year.
Early Autumn was the perfect time to be out in the branches of these 2 beautiful Maple Trees at the Hillcrest Park in the Town of Blue Mountains. Together they are storing just over 12 tonnes of carbon and providing countless benefits to the park!
