Local donations fund conservation care in Banks Heritage Cemetery

Banks Heritage Cemetery welcomed Tree Trust on October 21, 2020, as Arboreal Tree Care provided conservation arboriculture care to a 100-year-old Sugar Maple. 7 local residents braved the brisk October winds to watch the team of arborists work in the historic Sugar Maple. One local gave an impromptu tour of the graveyard and recollected the church that once stood on the grounds, as well as the aged Sugar Maple’s mate who once stood alongside it. Thank you to all the donors who made this work possible.
