Twenty-nine new trees planted across Heritage Park and Delpi Point Park

In 2022 Tree Trust TBM and Arboreal Tree Care Professionals planted eight-foot-tall trees to continue increasing their tree canopy. A team of volunteers completed the important finishing tasks, delivering wheelbarrow loads of compost and mulch and buckets of water to each tree. Earlier that spring volunteers from Thornbury-Clarksburg Rotary and Treetrust TBM took the trees when they were “bare root”, planted them temporarily in pots, and kept them watered while in storage at Tomahawk Park.
