Tober Tree Management LTD, led by arborist Manuela De Medeiros, recently worked on an Amur Cork in Mount Forest. Pruning was done to enhance the tree’s health and structural integrity, the neighbouring Manitoba maple tree was removed to allow for sunlight and space, accommodating the easterly side of the Amur Cork’s canopy.
Crown cleaning involved removing deadwood within the interior of the canopy to reduce the risk of disease and decay. Minor limb reductions were made on the north side of the tree, along with the reduction of one of the co-dominant leaders. These measures help maintain a balanced structure and ensure the tree remains healthy, resilient, and well-suited to its environment. Through these careful interventions, Tober Tree Management LTD ensures the Amur Cork continues to thrive for years to come.
