Back by popular demand, Tree Trust is working in partnership with the Wicked Welly Farm to present Mead and Meander – Maple Syrup Process!
Learn all about two of natures magical elixirs! First join Christine to sample some Mead (honey wine) and find out how honey is used to create this sweet delicious drink. Then join a guided walk through the sugarbush to learn all about maple trees and the process for how maple sap is harvested for maple syrup. Our woodlot trail walk is approximately 0.75 km with easy to medium difficulty.
